Right Holidays offers online travel-related services through our own websites, as well as through our 2 offices in London. So, whenever you use our services, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If we amend our Privacy Statement, you can visit this page to keep up to date before using our services.
The personal data we hold and protect
When you use our services, we are obliged to ask your name, preferred contact details, the names of anybody travelling with you and your payment information. Other personal data we need include; home address, phone number, payment information, date of birth, passport number, identity number etc. when making reservations on your behalf.
We also automatically collect information from your computer, phone, tablet or another device you are using to access our services. This includes the IP address, the browser you use, and your language settings. This data is used to improve our services and your personal data is only used to contact you in regards to your trip, and in case you choose to receive marketing emails about deals and upcoming tours as well as company news.
We collect your data only when you use our services, create an account on our website if you use or view our website via your browser’s cookies or contact us via our enquiry form.

When you book your flights, hotel reservations, or tour with us, we need to share your relevant data with these third parties in order for you to begin your holiday. In no circumstances will we ever sell or rent your personal data.
