Did Turkey Move onto the Amber List?

Turkey has been on the red list all throughout this summer. The popular holiday destination was one of the top ‘ones to watch’ countries on the red list. Sadly, Turkey remained on the red list according to the travel review announcement on the 27th of August.

When is the September Travel Review?

The next review will be in September and since the travel lists are updated every 3 weeks, it is set to be reviewed either on Wednesday the 15th or Thursday the 16th. There is still hope for Turkey to move onto the amber list, but there are many variable factors from infection rates to testing and vaccination rates.
