Right Holidays Launches Their New Website

After months of dedicated work, we launched our new website where customers can begin to make hotel bookings online. This is only a soft launch as we are still working hard to also allow our customers to make their flight bookings.

Since we have launched only recently, we promise higher-quality bookings at more modest prices than our competitors. As a travel agency with over 15 years of experience, the heart of our work and company philosophy is caring for our customers and making sure they find the best deals available to them.

A critical time for travel agents and travellers

Despite the challenges the whole travel industry is facing, we believe we picked the perfect time to provide online travel booking services to our customers.

At a time where travel plans can be hanging on a thread and customers increasingly don’t have access to customer service agents, we bring a human touch to online travel bookings. Although our customers will be able to make their hotel bookings online, they will have the reassurance that they can call us about their travel arrangements and regarding any change of plans.

As a proud member of ATOL, we work hard to make sure no holiday plans fall through and that our customers can be compensated properly if no other alternative can be arranged.

There are over 250,000 hotels from around the world in our database, customers can filter hotels in 4 categories: Price Range, Star Rating, Certification (for hotels in Turkey that are certified by the Ministry of Health), and Hotel Board. The location of the hotels can also be viewed on a map to help customers pick the most convenient spot for their trip.

We are currently working on flight bookings, which we plan to finish by the end of October. Customers can still call our offices on 0208 661 1805 to book their flights, for hotel bookings they can now also go to www.rightholidays.com and click ‘Register’ to create an account and book their hotel rooms easily.
